App support

If something isn't working in one of our apps (Infinite Balance, PoseBook, MBTI Story, and others), including the following helps us look into it faster:

• The app name
• Your phone model and OS version (e.g. Galaxy S24, Android 15 / iPhone 15, iOS 18)
• What you were doing when the problem happened (a screenshot helps)

Payments and refunds follow the policy of the store you downloaded the app from (Google Play or the App Store).
